How to start and what does 3 + 1 + 1 mean?
Your first step is to enroll in the GEA College undergraduate course in Entrepreneurship and express your interest in studying in the USA.
3 + 1 means 3 years of study at GEA College, followed by 1 year of study in America at St. Francis College. In one year "across the pond" you will equip yourself with useful skills, experience campus life, and after passing the exams, receive an American diploma. So, when you return to Slovenia, you can proudly boast of an American and European diploma.
+ 1 means that after returning to Slovenia, you can complete one more year of master's studies at GEA College and obtain a master's degree.
After five years of study, you can hold a European and American diploma and obtain a master's degree.
After obtaining an American diploma, you also get the so-called "OPT" which means you can work in the USA!
What is the price?
In the USA, it takes 4 years to obtain a diploma, and the investment for a full 4-year study at St. Francis College costs nearly $110,000 for international applicants.
Students and graduates of GEA College get a unique model at a truly exclusive competitive price. Completing your studies at GEA College counts as 3 years in the USA. For 1 year of actual study at St. Francis College, however, you will only pay $20,000.
